Classroom Attire

All girls must wear pink or their preferred skin tone tights and canvas ballet slippers.

​

Our faculty highly recommends ballet slipper brands such as 
Capezio, Bloch, Sansha, and So Danca.

​

Dancewear can be purchased at Bailey Slipper Shop in Clarence (located in the plaza next to our Clarence location).

Ballet shoes must have elastics.

​

Hair must be pulled away from the face, and if long enough, be secured in a bun.

Leotard Colors:
Creative Movement: Any color leotard, skirt optional
Pre-Ballet: Any color leotard, skirt optional
Ballet 1A & 1B: Light Pink
Ballet 2: Light Blue
Ballet 3: Lavender
Ballet 4: Red 
Ballet 5: Burgundy
Ballet 6: Navy blue
Ballet 7: Royal Blue
Ballet 8: Dark Purple
Advanced: Dark Purple

Leotards for Ballet 1A and higher should not have attached skirts, however skirts may be worn for pointe classes.

Boys:

Black tights, black or white ballet shoes, white t-shirt

Modern, Jazz & Tap:

Any color leotard

Black or pink footless or convertible tights

Jazz and Tap shoes

Classroom Rules​

​

We expect all students to treat their fellow dancers and teachers with respect.

​

No gum in the classroom, rehearsal, or on stage.
 

No food or drink, except water, in the studios.
 

Disruptiveness in the classroom will not be tolerated.
 

To lessen distractions in the classroom, parents may only 
watch class during Parent Observation Weeks, which will be held in November and March.
